Earn LEED Points

Do you have a building that is seeking Silver, Gold, or Platinum LEED certification? Our services can contribute toward points needed for certification. Projects that recycle 50% of their waste can earn 1 point. A 75% recycling rate can earn a second point.

The system is simple. Where possible materials are often separated on respective job sites where space, time, and sincere interest by contractors allows for at the source separation. Where it is not feasible to source separate materials, PRO Waste recovers and diverts the recycle commodities at its recovery operations on Troy Ave. On either instance PRO Waste tracks by volume using either yardage or tonnage as applicable providing a break down by individual load. Service tickets are notated and a tracking sheet is provided.
